How to produce a leather bed frame?

Many people may think it is not difficult to produce a bed frame as there are only 3-4 procedures. But the point is that how to produce a bed frame of high quality. Today I would like to share our product procedures with all of you to check the quality of our product. 

Any leather bed frame will go through four or five procedures before finished part. It’s of vital importance for cutting and frame making because we cannot continue producing if there is something wrong happening in the above two steps. And our QC team will check carefully if the holes are correct or not to avoid difficult assembly. What’s more, whether the bed frame can be formed or not is decided by the cutting and the solidity of the frame. Then our workers will do some sewing according to the leather style. Our QC team pay utmost attention to checking if the thread is neat or not and also need to ensure visible staple heads color matched with leather color. 

After this step, the bed frame needs to be upholstered and the leather cover must be upholstered perfectly. Our QC team would check if the frame deforms because of strongly upholstery. Besides, they will choose some products randomly to test installing. 

Last but not least, the bed frame is packed in cartons in KD style. We strongly ask workers to use EPE foam to pack products and check carefully the quantity of the fittings during this procedure. That’s why we can guarantee you high quality and safe loading.
